§ 17.12.045. Landscaping and playgrounds for multi-family dwellings

Landscaping of properties to be used for multi-family dwellings shall be required to create playgrounds and open areas for residents of the multi-family dwellings subject to restrictions and approval of the planning and zoning commission.
